Telemedicine Visits with UW Medicine Doctors

Visit a UW Medicine doctor like you would in person — by secure video instead. You’ll receive the same personalized medical care as you would in a face-to-face visit. Discuss your current health concerns, manage chronic conditions or receive a specialty consultation — from the comfort of your own home.

24/7 On-Demand Virtual Care with 98point6®

Receive the care you need 24/7 from board-certified doctors, provided by our partner 98point6®, who can diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries. Easily accessed by the text-based app, UW Medicine On-Demand Virtual Care offers anywhere, anytime healthcare that is coordinate with UW Medicine.

Telemedicine Visits with Our UW Medicine Doctors

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have greatly expanded our telemedicine services so patients can get the primary and specialty care they need from home. A UW Medicine telemedicine visit is a covered benefit for most insurance plans (double-check with your health insurer). All visits are safe, private and secure. And our UW Medicine interpreter services are available.

Call 206.520.5100 to schedule a telemedicine visit with your UW Medicine doctor during regular business hours.

Log in to your eCare account and book online (available at most locations).

When it is time for your appointment to begin, use the “Begin Video Visit” button in your eCare account. If you don’t have an eCare account, you’ll be sent a link for your appointment, simply click on the link to start your visit. You can also sign up for an eCare account.
