Biography

Siddhartha Kapnadak, M.D., is a board certified physician at UW Medical Center and a UW assistant professor of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Kapnadak focuses on the care of patients who have undergone lung transplantation. He strives to work closely with patients to manage complex medical conditions related to lung disease. He believes that, very often in medicine, there is not necessarily one “right answer” in terms of how to manage a particular problem.

Dr. Kapnadak earned his his M.D. from Oregon Health and Sciences University. He is triple board certified in Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary Disease and Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Thoracic Society and the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation.

Personal Interests

In his free time Dr. Kapnadak enjoys spending time with family, traveling, outdoors, sports and enjoying good food.
