Connie is the best!

Connie Uy Ly is amazingly empathetic, with a strong understanding of the issues I am facing. She's full of concise information and guidance, She made me very comfortable on my 1st visit, and on this, my 3rd visit, the bond of trust was evident. Connie is a huge asset to patients like me, and to the clinic.

Connie gave us more information about knees and surgery than any other doctor we have seen. We are just switching over to UW We were at Virginia Mason after hospitalization at HV we fell in love with the care of the teams that helped us. We have been at VM for [...] years and are moving all our care to UW because of the teams at HV THEY DID A PHENOMENAL JOB and showed so much compassion and the staff ALL of them were great!

She was fabulous! A great listener! She gave me a mini anatomy lesson so we could better discuss options,

Asked good questions, listened well, explained things in language I understood but wasn't condescending. Worked with me to come up with a good plan going forward, and told me how to easily contact them.

Like the fact that she makes sure I understand everything and is conservative in her approach to my issues.

I saw Connie Ly, PA-C during my visit. I cannot say enough great things about her!! She is very efficient, clearly extremely knowledgeable in her specialty, but most importantly to me is compassionate and kind. The 2 visits I've had with her, despite how busy she is, she takes the time to not only hear but listen to what my concerns have been [...] I would pick Connie every day of the week and have also encouraged the people I know to seek her care if they need it!

Connie Ly was friendly, extremely efficient, but thoughtful in her approach. She listened very carefully to what I had to say, wanting details on some things, and noting each for my record. I found her to be an excellent communicator in how she reviewed my x-rays and explained everything, asking me and my husband at each juncture, if we had questions. Impressive!
