Connie Ly was very proffessional and knowledgeable working with my office visit concerns.

Connie proposed two possible treatments for my right knee pain. The X-ray showed severe arthritis, although the onset of the pain was a fall. Her pitch was that a steroid injection would definitely help and the only more radical treatment would be a knee replacement. So I got the injection and the next day definitely supported that decision - a major reduction in pain and increase in flexibility. (In the past, it has usually taken a few days before I have felt any improvement following an injection.) Thank you Connie!

Connie gave us more information about knees and surgery than any other doctor we have seen. We are just switching over to UW We were at Virginia Mason after hospitalization at HV we fell in love with the care of the teams that helped us.
