This provider is one of the best communicators I have been seen by in the last 10 years with the UW system

Dr. Mazzoni and her team are absolutely beyond amazing! Every interaction I have had with her and / or anyone that works with her has always made me feel more calm as well as heard. She is so kind and she takes her time to explain anything and everything they are doing. She takes her time and doesn't make me feel rushed in and out. She even draws me diagram of what they are doing or what they have done and explains why and what to expect as well as best case and worst case. She has an amazing energy about her that brightens your day just to see her smiling eyes above her mask, and makes you feel safe in her care! She makes you feel like you're talking to a best friend that just happens to be an extremely skilled surgeon and Dr. Her bedside manner is beyond compare to almost every Dr. I have seen last year as well as this year; and I have seen a lot of Dr's!!!
