I felt that the visit was overly process-driven and lacked the patient-centered approach I expect from a healthcare provider. PA Boseman entered the room in a formal and somewhat unapproachable manner. Throughout most of the appointment, she focused on updating my health history in the computer rather than engaging with me directly. When she began the physical exam, her approach remained procedural rather than relational, and she quickly moved to prescribing medications without fully exploring or explaining my concerns. As a proactive patient, I value understanding the underlying causes of health issues and discussing possible solutions in detail with my provider. [...] Unfortunately, this visit felt impersonal, as if I were being processed through a system rather than receiving individualized care. While I do not doubt PA Boseman's technical skills, I believe her patient care approach needs improvement. [...]
