Over the last couple years I have had just a couple care providers. Each one that I have been assigned to has been very good. Natasha Wu has been very easy to talk to and she explains things very thoroughly and in a way I can understand. I believe we have established a good relationship and I have complete faith in my care with her

Dr. Wu really impresses me with her patient and careful listening, and practical explanations. She has a way of creating confidence in the technical parts of her answers as well as the practical parts of what is not a concern and what is a concern. She also provides additional things to read or know so that I could learn more. She followed up with an explanation of the lab results that was helpful and clear. She also demonstrated care for my wife's health - considering our combined needs - since we are a family and together all the time. This helps us care better for each other. I am thoroughly impressed and thankful that Dr. Wu is our primary healthcare provider.

Dr Wu is really nice and professional. I enjoyed meeting her for the first time. She is very efficient, typing as we talked during this appt. But I just wish there could be a little more eye contact and showing a bit more compassion for what I have been through as a cancer patient. But overall, she is still good. She came out to the lab to explain to me about not needing to fast for my lab unless I prefer fasting for my cholesterol check.
