I really appreciated Dr. Owens' whole approach to the visit; she was friendly, empathetic, an active listener, and made me feel comfortable right away. I felt like I could speak openly and honestly, which is important in feeling also that I was receiving the best care possible, because I knew she was listening and then offering advice and insights based truly on my experience.

Dr. Owens was excellent. I had never met with her prior, but felt so at ease as soon as she stepped into the room. She introduced herself and informed me of her pronouns and asked me mine as well. She was excellent at explaining things in a way I could understand and I didn't feel rushed whatsoever.

Dr Owens took so much time to talk with my husband and I about the next steps for getting pregnant and how to navigate the medical landscape. She answered all of our questions and spent close to 45 minutes with us, never once making us feel like we were wasting her time. She gave us evidenced-based answers, provided resources for follow up, and thoughtful options to consider

Dr. Owens provided compassion and truly listened to the concerns I had related to menopause and appropriately did not normalize symptoms that were outside the norm. Having had issues for many years, and having had nobody attribute them to menopause, I wish I had met her sooner. She made me feel worthy and valued. This was everything for me.

I was so nervous to attend this appointment given previous an experience with a different clinic. The doctor was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and offered a variety of options. I would recommend her to anyone and am so thankful for the good experience she provided.
