Katherine Bennett, M.D., is a board certified physician at the Senior Care Clinic at Harborview. She is also program director for the UW Geriatric Medicine Fellowship and a UW assistant professor of Medicine and Gerontology and Geriatric Medicine.

Dr. Bennett focuses on getting to know what’s most important to her patients in order to provide truly patient-centered care with an emphasis on quality of life, to help her patients maintain their health and independence.

Dr. Bennett earned her M.D. from the Ohio State University. She is the Education Lead for the Northwest Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Center (nwgwec.org) and serves as the founding medical director of UW Project ECHO geriatrics. Dr. Bennett's research focuses on medical education, quality improvement, and fall prevention in older adults on anticoagulants.

Personal Interests

In her free time Dr. Bennett enjoys spending time with her husband, son and dog, hiking and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
