Kaitlyn Touza is one of the best psychologists/therapists I have ever encountered. She is knowledgeable, reaches out for more information if she needs to, very informative and caring. She has an expanding knowledge base and is outstanding in the work she does with me for sure. She has helped me tremendously.

She is an excellent communicator. I feel truly heard and understood. She explains things at my level of understanding and doesn't assume that I wouldn't understand. In other words she treats me as an equal and not as if she is superior to me. She is empathetic, compassionate and is very skilled at tailoring the treatment plan for my specific needs and pace. She is flexible and adjusts treatment based on my progress. Authentic, compassionate, competent, supportive, and patient.

The MD was very professional in her discussions and asked several questions for feedback/or concerns.

Kaitlyn Touza is one of the best Psychologist/counselors with whom I have ever worked. She is compassionate, knowledgeable does her research, and has helped me tremendously. I would recommend her without hesitation. UW is lucky to have her.
