I would give Dr. Lima sixes in every category if I could. She never seemed in a hurry, asked thorough questions, showed her concern, explained treatments options and their tradeoffs in detail, and solicited and listened to my concerns and desires.

Very thorough, explaining previous test results and how what new results mean, gave me options on how to proceed, patiently answered all my Questions. Dr Ferreira Initiated the in person visit which made a big difference in my satisfaction with the visit and outcome.

Dr. Lima Ferriera is an excellent listener and has a collaborative approach. She is calm, clear, and gives thorough explanations for all questions. The clinic was very busy at the time of my visit.
