Dr. To is both professional and approachable. His practice "style" is very conversational, appointments are focused around a what is going on with your health and then making decisions collaboratively regarding what is best for you and your health. While I will defer to professionals regarding decision making it is nice to be included in the process rather than simply dictated to.

Dr. To is great. He is very professional, down to earth, honest, and personable. He went thoroughly through the required questions of the appointment and respectfully listened to my answers. I also felt comfortable asking questions about my women's health concerns and felt heard. He was able to give me the help and insight I needed. And let me know what my next steps are. Just the right balance for me.
