Dr. Gao strives to combine the best of evidence-based medicine with a deep understanding of each patient's circumstances and preferences in order to develop a personally tailored plan optimized for each patient.

Dr. Gao's clinical interests broadly include oncology, immunology, and precision medicine. Following residency, he plans to further sub-specialize in medical oncology.
