I really like Dr. Levitan she is a very thorough doctor. I am comfortable being myself and can talk to her freely about my concerns and can be open and honest so she knows the best approach to directing my care. She is a good listener and thinks about how to best meet my needs whether adding a prescription or referring me to another provider for their expert care. Every time I have an appointment with her there is a long wait and it seems she is always running behind. I understand I'm not the only patient and am grateful she is taking her time with the other patients ahead of me. As I know this going into my day I plan accordingly to accommodate the situation.

Doctor Levitan is kind professional and very concerned about her patients she loves to spent more time to discuss about health issues to her clients and this is most reason that she gets behind to her next patient. Diane Levitan is an extremely fantastic doctor, the wait time was unacceptable which was three hours for my 2 o'clock appointment. I saw her around 5 o'clock that day if she wasn't such a great doctor, I would really consider going elsewhere.

I love Dr. Levitan. However, she runs late, especially by the end of the day. In the future, I am going to book morning appointments.

Dr. Levitin is an excellent doctor. She takes time to hear you, listens to your questions and comments and she answers questions and explains. She is worth being patient to see, because she takes time for each individual patient and what they need.

Dr. Levitan is amazing. I didn't mind waiting for her. I know she spent more time with a patient than the few scheduled minutes to help them. I know if I need a few extra minutes she will provide that for me. Appointments should be a minimum of 30 minutes. This delay is a UW problem not a doctor or nurse problem.It is hard to get an appointment with Dr. Levitan because UW has so few primary care doctors and she is trying to help so many of us. Again a UW problem not a provider problem.

Diane is one of the best doctors I have had care from. She listened and gave me excellent advice and tools to move forward with my healthcare. I appreciated her kindness, knowledge, and care.

I was in the clinic at 1:20 fir a 1:40 appointment. It took almost an hour before I saw Dr. Levitan. Nurses and Dr. Levitan herself stopped by to tell me they were running behind. I appreciate that. But I also, sadly, expect that. The Federal Way clinic is very busy. For years, you have struggled to have adequate staff to support the patient load. I don't blame the doctors or nurses for the delay. I really like my doctor. She provides excellent care. Sometimes, you wait patiently for that type of care.

I am very thankful to have someone not only so educated, but also experienced. Someone who you can talk to so easily, and really communicate with. That's the half of medicine. That's what good medicine is all about, and Dr. Levitan is all of that. She listens and she cares.
