About Daniel J Watford

Daniel Watford, MD, MPH, is a board-certified nephrologist specializing in kidney and pancreas transplantation. Dr. Watford believes in a team-based, evidence-driven approach to patient care in kidney and pancreas transplantation. He aims to prolong allograft life while maintaining an optimal quality of life in his patients. Dr. Watford's clinical expertise includes transplant immunology, immunosuppression management, cellular and antibody-mediated rejection, kidney and pancreas transplantation, simultaneous kidney-liver transplantation, pre-kidney, and pancreas transplant evaluation. He is Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Nephrology.
