Crystal C. Kostelyk, DNP, ARNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Her clinical interests pediatric and adolescent medicine, acute care, and chronic disease management. She wants patients to feel heard, respected, cared for, and empowered to meet their healthcare goals. She enjoys working with patients and families to provide patient-centered care. She works in collaboration with patients to create treatment plans that best meet the patient’s needs. One of her favorite parts of being a nurse practitioner is working with patients from many different cultures and backgrounds.
