Everyone I saw at my visit was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Kang Wang was, as always, extraordinarily good, but also the person on the phone who found a time that was not listed on the web site and made It possible, the receptionists, nurses and lab staff. I don't know all of their names, but I am grateful.

Crystal is extraordinary. I feel so fortunate to have her as my PCP. She is incredibly smart and resourceful but she is also kind, empathetic and funny. She thinks about me as a whole person, asks me about my goals for my health and works hard to help me achieve them. She is, without a doubt, the best provider I have ever seen. I really can't describe how lucky I feel to be one of her patients.

I think the scheduling issue is the biggest challenge I have with the UWMC Ravenna Clinic. I really appreciate that they have the lab onsite, so everything can get done in one stop. Dr. Kong-Wong is great :)
