Primary and urgent care services near University Village
The UW Neighborhood Ravenna Clinic, located near the University Village shopping center, provides a wide array of primary care services for the entire family, six days a week. Urgent care services are offered seven days a week.
Dedicated to personalized treatment throughout all stages of life, our care team offers primary care appointments, including evenings and same-day appointments. For your added convenience, medical advice is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use eCare to message your care team any time, or call your clinic during business hours and you'll receive a call back within a day. When the clinic is closed, you'll reach an after-hours consulting nurse service.
Board-certified providers offer a complete spectrum of primary care services including family medicine with obstetrics, internal medicine, behavioral health, obstetrics, gynecology, travel medicine, nutrition services and optometry care. For your convenience, a lab and digital X-ray facilities are available on site.
The UW Neighborhood Ravenna Clinic has been awarded recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance Patient-Centered Medical Home Program.

UW Neighborhood Clinics are committed to providing care in the safest environment possible. We demonstrate our commitment by washing our hands before examinations, asking you to confirm your identity by verifying your name and date of birth at key times and asking you to confirm the medications and allergies listed in your medical record to avoid errors, allergic reactions and drug interactions.
Our clinics do not provide supervision for children, but we are concerned for their safety during your visit. You or a responsible person must directly supervise children at all times while in the building. Please do not allow children to play near equipment, as they could injure themselves or damage the equipment.
The UW Neighborhood Ravenna Clinic is located 4915 25th Ave NE, Suite 300-W, in Seattle.
From Interstate 5:
- Leave the freeway at exit 169, NE 45th Street. If northbound on I-5, turn right onto NE 45th Street. If southbound on I-5, turn left onto NE 45th Street.
- Once you reach the bottom of the NE 45th Street Viaduct, take a slight right onto Montlake Boulevard NE.
- Take a slight right onto NE 44th Street.
- Turn right onto 25th Avenue NE.
- The Ravenna Clinic will be on your left, just north of the University Village Shopping Center.
Several bus routes of King County Metro Transit serve the area around the Ravenna Clinic. Use Metro's Trip Planner to learn which buses will get you there.
Beginning January 5, 2018, you will take a ticket as you enter the parking garage.
The first 60 minutes of parking are free. Please note that there is a 30 minute grace period, so essentially the first 90 minutes are free. After 90 minutes, the rate is $4 an hour.
When you’re ready to go, insert your ticket and pay any additional fees using the machine located at the garage exit.
