About Carol A. Crawford
Carol Crawford is a clinical associate professor at University of Washington's School of Pharmacy and is heavily involved in the teaching and development of the school's geriatric curriculum. She works in both inpatient and outpatient geriatric settings at Harborview Medical Center, working collaboratively with providers and patients providing clinical pharmacy services. She lectures at the School of Pharmacy as well as for the UW department of Geriatrics. Professional interests are education, transitions of care, falls and medication safety.
