I was very impressed with Arthi! She was very knowledgeable, provided clear answers to all of my questions and easy to understand explanations. She had read my progress notes and reviewed my test results before our appointment so she knew my medical history well before the appointment.

The Doctor always answers all my questions in detail and makes sure I don't have any other questions before I leave. She is very punctual and very efficient with her time. She is very good at communicating with me and seems to genuinely care about my health. She treats me like a person not a number. I hope to continue my care with Dr Thirumalai.

Dr Thiralai is a wonder example of the physician you always hope to have caring for your medical problems. Congenial, yet very thoughtful. Obviously very well trained, with a great style of communication, imparting her knowledge clearly while ensuring understanding.I am grateful there are physicians like her.

My 1st visit with Dr. Thurmulai could not have gone better. I typically have some self-induced anxiety when visiting a new Dr for the 1st time, but Dr. Thurmulai's kindness and welcoming nature immediately put me at ease. She spent a long time with me, stepping through my vast medical past, updating prescriptions, offering additional treatment options yet not insisting I use them, and really showing interest in helping me live a long healthy life. I was disappointed when my prior endocrinologist left the clinic I was at, forcing me to find a new doctor, but I feel fortunate to have landed at UWMC with Dr. Thirmulai! [...]
