I came in with a somewhat complex issue to discuss and try to get help with. I knew going in that my symptoms could mean so many different things and the likelihood of having the time to thoroughly discuss would be slim. But Dr Botelho genuinely listened and asked important questions to help navigate us to a good care plan. Within a week of the visit and after diagnostic testing, we figured out the concern and I was already scheduled for treatment. I know how impacted healthcare is but just the little extra effort I received from her made all the difference and I am very appreciative.
