BiographyAdrienne Kishimoto, D.P.T., is a physical therapist at UW Medicine’s Advanced Manual Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation at Ballard.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Dr. Kishimoto always found herself outdoors participating in a variety of sports and activities. She is fascinated by how a person’s individual biomechanics interact with the world around them. One aspect she loves about P.T. is creating a functional rehabilitation program that mimics her patients’ favorite and most necessary activities.
Dr. Kishimoto earned her D.P.T. from the UW. She is receiving post-graduate training to specialize in Manual Therapy through the Ola Grimsby Institute in Bellevue. Her clinical interests include sports medicine, manual therapy, injuries from martial arts, volleyball, figure skating, running, basketball and swimming.
Personal InterestsIn her free time Dr. Kishimoto enjoys Muay Thai, boxing, running, weightlifting, swimming and finding new places to eat and spending time with dogs.
