Dr Cao's style is a very good match for me. She is quick to pick up on areas where my knowledge and understanding are greater than the typical pt, and fills me in on knowledge I may be missing in a collaborative way that I find both warm and respectful of my intelligence. I especially like her approach /attitude when I bring up questions. It feels a bit like she's my more experienced, more knowledgeable lab partner, working together to solve a problem. I never feel talked down to, or brushed off. She's my favorite GP.
