I didn't feel the provider listen to me. They recommended things that have already been implemented. I felt the appointment was a waste of my time and didn't get me any closer to a solution.

I was very impressed by Dr. Kim's concern for my problem. He suggested several concrete steps I could take to improve my condition.

I appreciated Dr. Kim's ability to show me and explain possible procedures using a foot model. I expected to see him regarding custom orthotics, but he proposed other options as better suited for my needs. I appreciated that he ordered a CT scan to get more information. Dr. Kim talks quickly and there was a lot of information covered. He was friendly and professional.

The doctor was great - wanted to educate me about the issue and provided quick, easy next steps for me to do.

This is the second serious issue I have had assessed by Dr. Kim. I find him to be attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions. He shared the films and explained the possibilities and process for each. The speed at which they were able to obtain follow-on tests and appointment was exceptional.

It's rare for me to say, but I enjoy my visits to Dr. Tony Kim, despite the pain I'm experiencing. He takes joy in his work, with kind and playful humor. When I needed a doctor most (after having been brow-beaten by a surgeon at another institution) and ready to give up, Dr. Kim started by really listening, taking in the rather odd disparate symptoms until he had the full picture. He then fully explained what was happening with my foot. On another visit, after 3 weeks of travel overseas with a painful foot, I showed him my old orthotic with the metatarsal pads from Amazon I'd stuck on in the hope of some relief. Dr. Kim took them all off, brought out a fresh pack of pads w/beveled edges and rebuilt the orthotic - like magic. Immediate relief! These carried me over until my new orthotic was ready. I'm so grateful I found Dr. Tony Kim.

Dr. Kim allowed me time to express my concerns. He addressed all my questions in a thorough fashion. He was helpful!
