I was scheduled for 3 p.m. The staff got me in at 11 a.m. I was able to get to my airplane very early because of this. I appreciate it. My voice is the best it has ever been since my vocal cord was damaged in my January 2014 neck surgery. I have not lost my voice and I have not been hoarse. So far, the treatment worked perfectly. Please tell Dr. Meyer this.

Dr. [...] thoroughly explained the results of my scan and explained why he felt that a laser specialist could provide good results with my larynx condition. He personally brought Dr. Meyer into the exam room and she explained the possible benefits of a laser procedure. The student who gathered my information was extremely friendly and professional as well. We left the hospital feeling that we'd had the benefit of such experienced professionals and also extremely kind and caring human beings.

Best part was the Team approach: I was seen by both a speech and language pathologist and an otolaryngologist at the same time. Both could view and discuss my vocal cords ( through a scope) at the same time and develop a treatment plan together.

I was unavoidably 20 minutes late for my appointment due to my flight from Alaska being late arriving at Seattle. I was told I was late, and I explained that I was unavoidably delayed. I had return flight to Alaska that required me to return to the airport not later than 45 minutes from arrival else I would miss my flight back home. Staff accommodated me and got me in to see Dr Meyers in time to catch my return flight. Thanks, staff for your accommodation. I made my return flight connection!
