I have been seeing Dr Bagan as my PCP for over 20 years and he has been caring for my son for at least 15 years now. He is everything I look for in a physician. He is very honest and direct and tells it how it is. He values the patients time and privacy and is extremely responsive to anything I have questions about when submitting messages through ecare. One time when I was on international travel for work, he called me several times while I was in transit to Europe and once I arrived to make sure we spoke as soon as possible regarding a test result for an elbow infection I wound up having which required immediate treatment in Germany. He sent me the information regarding the diagnosis and recommended treatment and medication that I was able to receive at a major Berlin Hospital within two days. Everything turned out fine but untreated could have become a serious issue. This is how serious Dr Bagan takes his position and making sure he is doing what he can to provide his patients the best care possible. He also is very cost conscious and provides suggestions for how to get the most of your health care expenses by scheduling certain types of appointments and taking care of simple things by yourself should you wish to do that. I always leave it to the expert and have complete trust and respect for Dr Bagan. He also is a BU alumni like my daughter.

Dr. Bagan listens well. He handles problems expeditiously.

The nurse did a fine job of getting me from the waiting area in a timely way and preparing me for the doctor by taking height, weight, blood pressure, doing an EKG etc. Dr. Bagan also did a really fine job of doing the required pre-surgery physical. He plowed through the routine questions and information expeditiously and focused in on the important elements. He is a really fine physician and I have a lot of respect for his opinions.
