I sought Dr. Salimi as a second opinion after an unsatisfactory primary care visit elsewhere. She provided a thorough, holistic approach to assessment and treatment, which was what I was missing previously.

I wasn't pleased that the earliest available appointment in north Seattle was about 9 months away. That is far too long. Also the wait time in the waiting room was pretty long compared to what I'm used to. However Dr. Salimi did an excellent job listening to all my concerns and questions, and providing a helpful response. She was very personable and I appreciate that she took the time to talk about each of my concerns. I wouldn't mind waiting in the waiting room if I knew I'd get great service like Dr. Salimi.

The provider was 20 mins late to the call. When she joined the call, there were no apologies or acknowledgement of that. It seems that this is just an accepted norm. The care provided was fine. However, we are now 3 days since my telehealth appointment and I still do not see the After Visit Summary on MyChart. Typically, this is available for me to access shortly after the appointment but that is not the case this time. Summary: The provider was late to the appointment and late to provide the summary for the patient's records.

Dr Salimi spent plenty of time addressing my various issues. She makes me feel we make decisions together
