He goes above and beyond, every visit, making sure to look at the big picture in my complex case to ensure any one treatment doesn't cause issues with another diagnosis of mine. As a chronically ill person, that is monumental. I made the right choice to move to WA for healthcare, and I'm so blessed and grateful to have found Sam Rich. He has never made me feel uncomfortable, only cared for as a patient and human being. Honestly, after a visit to the clinic, I sometimes wonder if it's all a dream, he's almost too good to be true. I'm so used to ineffective doctors and callous nurses that only want to get me in and out as fast as possible, but everyone at the Lopez clinic has been restoring my faith in the healthcare system. It's a breath of fresh air, having access to such incredible care. I'll always be grateful to the staff, for reminding me that some people genuinely do care.

The appointment met all of my expectations and both the nurse and doctor took the time to understand my reason for seeking their advice and recommendations.

Mr Rich listened carefully to my concerns, discussed options, was very knowledgeable, suggested a logical plan to follow. I am very grateful to him for taking the PCP position in this difficult time for our clinic.
