I have continuously experienced excellent care in the hands of the professionals who staff the Lopez island Clinic.

This is an excellent practitioner. He is very thorough and listens really well. I always leave the clinic feeling well informed and cared for.

Sam was prompt, friendly, courteous and took ample time to answer questions and demonstrate concern and care.

Sam is a wonder, one of the first doctors I've ever had that have actually listened to me and cared. He goes above and beyond, every visit, making sure to look at the big picture in my complex case to ensure any one treatment doesn't cause issues with another diagnosis of mine. As a chronically ill person, that is monumental. I made the right choice to move to WA for healthcare, and I'm so blessed and grateful to have found Sam Rich. He has never made me feel uncomfortable, only cared for as a patient and human being. Honestly, after a visit to the clinic, I sometimes wonder if it's all a dream, he's almost too good to be true. I'm so used to ineffective doctors and callous nurses that only want to get me in and out as fast as possible, but everyone at the Lopez clinic has been restoring my faith in the healthcare system. It's a breath of fresh air, having access to such incredible care. I'll always be grateful to the staff, for reminding me that some people genuinely do care.

The appointment met all of my expectations and both the nurse and doctor took the time to understand my reason for seeking their advice and recommendations.

Mr Rich listened carefully to my concerns, discussed options, was very knowledgeable, suggested a logical plan to follow. I am very grateful to him for taking the PCP position in this difficult time for our clinic.

I understand Sam Rich, PA, is the only provider at the Lopez Clinic and therefore is really stretched at the moment (reason for being late). I feel he is quite competent in orthopedic concerns so am happy with our discussions and decisions.
