Dr. Philp Chen is an excellent ophthalmologist with great bedside manners. His eye clinic in NJB is the best run clinic within UW Medicine. I have had clinical care and two cataract surgeries there and every interaction over the past few years has been outstanding. Thank you to the NJB Eye Institute.
