About Michael H Rosenbloom
Dr. Michael Rosenbloom, MD is a behavioral neurologist specializing in clinical therapeutics for Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative disorders. He attended medical school at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his neurology training at the Mass General/Brigham and Women’s residency program before entering a behavioral neurology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco Memory and Aging Center. He served as the Clinical Director of the HealthPartners Center for Memory and Aging in Saint Paul, MN for 13 years and Chair of the Department of Neurology for 8 years before joining the University of Washington Faculty in 2023. Dr. Rosenbloom believes in establishing a partnership with the patient and caregiver to facilitate outcomes that optimize quality of life.
As a fellow, Dr. Rosenbloom has participated in imaging research evaluating amyloid and FDG-PET imaging in atypical Alzheimer’s disease. At HealthPartners, he piloted research programs studying the impact of cognitive screening in primary care on healthcare outcomes, co-developed a brain wellness program, and was the site director for the Care Ecosystem program, providing care plans for persons with dementia and their families. Dr. Rosenbloom has over 15 years of experience participating in industry-sponsored and investigator-led clinical trials. His clinical trial interests include the use of intranasal therapeutics in neurodegenerative disease and non-invasive neurostimulation for cognitive disorders. He will oversee the UW-based trials testing the novel investigational agents developed for Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, including anti-amyloid monoclonal antibody therapy.

Dr. Rosenbloom enjoys hiking, writing, and exploring the Pacific Northwest in his free time.
