Dr. Mossar provided me with trusted resources and referrals for support that proved to be helpful in between visits. During this last visit, I asked Dr. Mossar to help to complete a series of medical exams, vitals, and detailed patient history. Dr. Mossar completed forms without hesitation with the aid of the assistant clinician. I now have the necessary paperwork to admin to a treatment center that could potentially save my life.

She Immediately gave me Ideas to care for myself at home and ordered medication for me at my pharmacy and insured my referral to a specialist had gone thru.
