This was my first time meeting Dr. Abad Santos and I was worried at first since he wasn't the one that had performed my procedure. I was quite pleased when he told me that he had discussed my specific case (vs just reading my chart) with Dr. [...] and that he was still in constant contact with him. I'm happy that everything I had discussed with Dr. [...] was also the way that Dr. Abad Santos thought/felt re: my recovery. I am also very grateful that he's willing to do telemedicine appointments since I live [...] hours away.

Dr Abad Santos and his Fellow Doctor were very informative and gracious. Problems and procedures were explained in detail in words we were able to understand. Dr Abad Santos answered all our questions in a very thoughtful, knowledgeable manner and we appreciated his kindness.
