Dr chan is the best. She always listens and responds very carefully. I always feel a weight is lifted off me after our visits. She is one of the best doctors , demonstrating very high levels of compassion always!! So grateful for her care and attention.

Dr. Chan always makes me feel seen and heard which has not been my experience most of my life as a young black woman. She includes me in her proposed plan and takes the time to find the best way forward to address my concerns instead of finding the fastest way to get me out of the clinic. Dr. Chan always lays provides so much comfort and care. She lays out care options, pros and cons and then discusses with me my questions, thoughts, concerns and makes sure I know the options in easy to understand terms before we decide how to move forward. She involves me appropriately while still holding the expertise which I appreciate so much.I also thought the medical student who joined her was very professional, thoughtful and asked good questions.
