Manami T Honda, ARNP is a board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner who specialize in post-acute care and primary care for vulnerable population. Dr. Honda treats patients using a holistic approach and evidence-based practices to promote quick recovery and a quality of life. She uses sophisticated therapeutic communication skills in establishing a good rapport with patients, their families and the staff from diverse populations. She uses evidence-based treatment.
She is passionate about promoting quality of care of adults and older adults with complex medical and socioeconomic conditions in skilled nursing facilities and other long-term care facilities. She makes sure her patients and their families feel comfortable with their treatment of choice by providing patient education and acknowledging their concerns and questions.
Dr. Honda deeply involves with Japanese community as a volunteer. She provides educational seminars on health and wellness topics to the community and support NPO organizations as board members to connect and empower them with knowledge, a sense of community and the confidence to lead fulfilling lives.
