Absolutely fabulous experience! Laurie is amazing.

Laurie took a good amount of time to review with me how my thyroid works - High results vs. Low results and how my body turns T4 Into T3 .. We discussed various types of meds for my cholesterol which might not cause inflammation in my knees & I'm going to have a screening to see Plack levels prior to my wellness visit as well. I felt I was able to ask questions and get great Information back.

My experience was amazing. She was kind, caring, professional, and took the time to find answers.

Dr. Johnson was sufficient. However, the whole visit, instead of answering questions, she continued to tell me to wait until the end of the appointment to see if we had time to discuss additional concerns. I fully understand the difference between preventive and diagnostic visits, but I felt hurried along and like she didn't really care. Additionally, when I brought up a more embarrassing question, her mannerisms made me feel like she thought I was exaggerating. In total, the visit went well for a preventive visit, however I wished there was additional understanding or empathy from the provider.
