[...] Dr. Pollack was very good, also. She listened to what I and my partner said and offered suggestions for care. I hope I will be able to keep her as my doctor for many years.
Dr Pollack cares about her patients
Dr. Pollack's careful listening and engaging in dialog with me on every question and issue is testimony to her authentic caring. I brought several questions about [...] possible next steps in treatment, and whether and how my self-care protocol might be modified on occasion. Her expertise and commitment to patient care benefit me hugely. I'm very grateful.
The nurse was great and I really liked Dr. Pollack. She called me about lab results the next day as promised. She listened carefully to me and was very thorough in examining me.
As previously, interacting with Dr. Pollack was a very positive experience. [...] Dr. Pollack and I were completely on the same page. She requested and engaged in responding to all my questions, invited my input, and explained the plan, checking on my agreement at the same time. [...] I'm very grateful!
I had a very good visit, Dr Pollack is very informative, and patient
My contact was almost exclusively with the doctor. So my answers regarding staff aren't really meaningful. However, the physician was OUTSTANDING. I've never felt more comfortable with asking questions and understanding answers about a visit.
Dr. Pollack is amazing! I love UW Medicine!
Dr Pollack was reassuring, thorough, professional yet caring
Dr Pollack was excellent. She was very concerned about me and gave her detailed explanations of my condition and treatment planning.
Meeting Dr. Pollack for the 1st time, I was very impressed with how prepared she was: knowledge of my past ~3 years of respiratory issues, and my other issues particularly cardiac and ENT, and her readiness to address what would be helpful to do/change now, and to explain a plan. She was completely engaged in listening, understanding, dialoging with me so we could be in sync on the sequence of lung care practice adjustments going forward. I greatly appreciated learning from her and am very grateful to be her patient.
All my questions were answered. Dr. Pollack was very thorough.
I was very impressed with Dr. Pollacks familiarity with my medical background, tests, and images coming into our initial meeting.
Dr. Pollack is fantastic! Appreciate her and the entire UW Team. Thanks!
Dr. Lauren Pollack was fantastic! I truly appreciate the amount of time she spent with my wife and I to, both, understand my concerns and explain next action(s). Exceptional care!
Dr. Pollack was great! She had reviewed my case before my appointment and proposed a good plan of action.
Dr. Pollack was amazing. She looked at my chart and was aware of my history before seeing me which is so important but not always done by providers. She was knowledgeable, caring and professional.
