I am very happy with Dr Pollack and her staff. They all make sure that I have everything I need for the duration of my visit.

Dr. Pollack took each of my queries seriously and discussed them thoroughly. She was completely versed on my medical Hx.

I was absolutely impressed by Dr. Pollack. She made me feel very comfortable, she was very thorough, patiently elicited all my concerns, and explained the context of test results in a way that I could really understand. I felt that she cared about my well-being and was very supportive of testing to assess what is causing my symptoms. She was completely validating of concerns that are sometimes marginalized, like fragrance sensitivity and masking, and that made her care and the clinic very accessible for me.

Dr Pollack addressed my questions readable only on the CT scan but outside her scope of lungs. I so appreciated that. She even phoned me later to report an additional possible concern. I SO appreciated that effort on her part. Service and care beyond the usual!

My visit with Dr. Lauren Pollack, was the best visit I have ever had. I liked how she looked over everything and me questions to help her better understand what is going on. She took her time I didn't feel rushed in the appointment. I like how she involved everyone in the appointment.

Dr. Pollack's careful listening and engaging in dialog with me on every question and issue is testimony to her authentic caring. I brought several questions about [...] possible next steps in treatment, and whether and how my self-care protocol might be modified on occasion. Her expertise and commitment to patient care benefit me hugely. I'm very grateful.

The nurse was great and I really liked Dr. Pollack. She called me about lab results the next day as promised. She listened carefully to me and was very thorough in examining me.

My contact was almost exclusively with the doctor. So my answers regarding staff aren't really meaningful. However, the physician was OUTSTANDING. I've never felt more comfortable with asking questions and understanding answers about a visit.

Dr Pollack was excellent. She was very concerned about me and gave her detailed explanations of my condition and treatment planning.

Meeting Dr. Pollack for the 1st time, I was very impressed with how prepared she was: knowledge of my past ~3 years of respiratory issues, and my other issues particularly cardiac and ENT, and her readiness to address what would be helpful to do/change now, and to explain a plan. She was completely engaged in listening, understanding, dialoging with me so we could be in sync on the sequence of lung care practice adjustments going forward. I greatly appreciated learning from her and am very grateful to be her patient.

All my questions were answered. Dr. Pollack was very thorough.
