Dr. Pollack's careful listening and engaging in dialog with me on every question and issue is testimony to her authentic caring. I brought several questions about [...] possible next steps in treatment, and whether and how my self-care protocol might be modified on occasion. My contact was almost exclusively with the doctor. So my answers regarding staff aren't really meaningful. However, the physician was OUTSTANDING. I've never felt more comfortable with asking questions and understanding answers about a visit.
