Katie is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy. She uses her clients' goals to direct their care and provides evidence-based interventions to help them achieve those goals.

Katie's primary clinical focus is working with clients with neurologic diseases including, stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease, neuro-oncologic diagnoses, and ALS. She is trained in vestibular rehabilitation and has led education series to build vestibular therapy in clients in the hospital and in the community. She has a special interest in recovery of gait and the use of orthotics to aid in walking function. She has led national and local groups to promote implementation of these skills in physical therapy.
