Kathryn F. McGonigle, M.D. is clinic chief of Women's Cancer Care of Seattle at UW/Northwest Hospital. She is board certified in gynecologic oncology.

Dr. McGonigle completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at UCSF in 1988 and fellowship in gynecologic oncology at UCLA in 1993. 

Dr. McGonigle's clinical interests include surgical management of gynecologic cancers and complex benign gynecologic conditions, overall management of patients with gynecologic malignancies including chemotherapy, and robotic surgery. She has extensive experience with challenging pelvic surgery and has performed over 400 robotic surgical procedures since 2007.  

Dr. McGonigle understands that patients are often overwhelmed when faced with the diagnosis of gynecologic cancer or the need for surgery for a benign gynecologic condition. She is committed to offering a patient competent and compassionate medical care and strives to develop a trusting relationship with her patients.

Personal Interests

Dr. McGonigle enjoys bicycling, yoga, swimming and enjoying time with her family.
