We were called early , flow staff was patient with missed cues due to hard of hearing. Dr Chang is very efficent and complete exam, explained our options, we made a plan and an appt in 2 weeks

I answered 10 minutes wait time but that only because I arrived early, was first met with nurse and then waited for the actual time of my appointment. Dr. Chang arrived right on time and was very thorough in his exam, the procedures and the subsequent treatment options.

Dr Chang is very good at explaining my condition and explaining the options for treatment. My opinion he is an excellent doctor and want to provide the best treatment for his patients.
