Em was very patient, explained everything in detail both proactively and based on my questions. She communicated at a level that I can understand. Excellent bed-side manners and professionalism.

Temporary cast after 1 week was very uncomfortable. Called Em's office and connected with a rn in less than 5 minutes. Told to proceed to clinic for evaluation that afternoon. New cast and now issue is resolved. Care and service was amazing- kudos to UW Medicine for the wonderful resolution of my issue.
