Devin Shen, MD, MS (he/him) is a resident physician in the University of Washington Internal Medicine Residency. He practices HIV medicine and primary care at Harborview Medical Center Madison Clinic (2 West Clinic). Dr. Shen is a part of the LGBTQ community and believes in creating a safe and affirming space for patients in the clinic. He provides medical expertise to empower patients to make informed decisions for their health and well-being.

Having an upbringing in an immigrant family, Dr. Shen strives to provide health care that is sensitive and affirming to his patients' diverse cultural backgrounds. Dr. Shen's areas of clinical focus include full-spectrum HIV primary care, HIV PrEP and PEP, LGBTQ health, gender-affirming hormone therapy, STI screening and treatment, DoxyPEP, and chronic hepatitis. Dr. Shen is ALTA language-certified in both Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
