Dr. Hofstetter and Dr. [...]were patient, friendly and thoroughly answered all questions.
Dr Hofstetter is amazing! In 6 years of searching for an answer, he illuminated a path to it almost instantly.
I already recommended some friends and one is already seeing my doctor.
The doctor was thoughtful in his approach to my health care.
It is perfect that Dr. Hofstetter is both a doctor and a professor & mentor. He is an exemplary. It would be good for society to support him w/his endeavors.
Dr Hofstetter is a very caring down to earth excellent surgeon
Dr and nurses was very helpful an clear explanation of what the procedure entails
This was the first time I was having a consult with Dr.Hofstetter,& I found him to be very professional, personable & caring....it was an overall positive experience for me.
I was very impressed with the staff and the doctor.
The Spine Fellow and Dr. Hoffstetter both were attentive, compassionate and patient
Very pleased with care from Dr Hofstetter's team
We trust Dr Hofstetter 100%
Dr. Hofstetter was compassionate and very thorough. He asked several follow up questions to seek and verify where the pain was coming from in my back. He immediately alleviated my stress by reviewing my MRI images with me. We discussed the options and priorities. I appreciated he didn't immediately jump to surgery, though it was discussed. It was nice to hear that if I wanted surgery, then he can do it through an endoscopic approach with little to no down time. My initial fear was a complicated surgery and he explained the surgery in procedural terms which was comforting. Both [...] and Dr. Hofstetter clearly prepped before walking into the room to see me. They effortlessly transitioned to my care and it was their number 1 priority.
I consider Dr. Christoph Hofstetter to be one of the most talented Neurosurgeons in the US...the UW is fortunate to have him. As am I (along with other patients). He thinks outside of the box & has the skills to follow his ideas...and, most important to me prior to the surgery he performed [...] was his honesty and sincere concern for me as a patient. [...]
Good to have a surgeon to trust.
Doctor Hofstetter is amazing. I wouldn't go to anyone else for me spine issues.
We also loved the doctor, who was the first person to succinctly explain WHY I experience such debilitating symptoms after almost a decade. I still have some confusion but I think that's due to the sheer amount of issues I have going on, and am sure that when I follow up with the clinic they will be able to explain it to me. I really appreciated the doctor's desire to manage expectations and not launch into any surgery needlessly, and the way he used my imaging to explain things with a visual component (so helpful)
Dr very accomplished, tho talked fast After waiting so long, my energy level to really engage was depleted.
Dr. Hofstetter described the issues in detail, described options of care with pros and cons with his recommendation. He was friendly, courteous, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable of the issues as usual.
Surgeon was uncompassionate, condescending, and indifferent. Did not answer all questions. Left abruptly.
Dr. Hofstetter and his team were awesome!
Dr. Hofstetter - outstanding!
*Dr. Hofstetter & [...] took great care in all aspects of my visit. I felt that they were both good listeners & communicated very well. I feel very confident in their expertise and skill concerning my spinal cap.
