I saw the nurse practitioner post op. Last year, she rated very good in all aspects. This year, she was disorganized both in prep and discussion of my follow-up. She could not find a scrap of paper to write herself notesresorted to a paper towel. Just seemed tired and somewhat rattled. In her defense, she was covering for several who did not show that day
