Dr. Jafari, Dr. [...] and their assistant were all very professional, personable, provided needed information, and gave an explanation of what was about to take place in clear, concise, kind voices. They were all genuinely concerned about how I was doing during my appointment. I was very at ease asking questions and sharing my thoughts with them. The receptionist was attentive and found my information quickly before and after the appointment.

Dr Jafari is an amazing doctor. I am a patient with other complex issues aside from sinus and he does not ignore the rest of my body when we are discussing my sinuses which some specialist providers do. He does not make me feel stupid when I ask questions and lets me see what he is doing when he looks at my ears and nose through instrument.
