I am always dazzled by Dr. Andrew Chen and his staff. Dr. Chen is a preeminent specialist in glaucoma, in particular. Although it is stressful going through all the necessary tests, his staff keeps me calm, particularly as they are so well-organized and kind. I know that at the end of the screenings, Dr. Chen will evaluate the test results, tell me his recommendations in layman's language, and leave me knowing that I have had the best diagnosis and care.

This is the most comprehensive, successful eye care I've ever received. I'm thankful for the thorough consistency.

The testing in different rooms prior to seeing the MD is well organized and I was told where to sit after each one. Once I was taken into the room to see Dr Chen, I didn't have to wait long at all, a minute if that. I never feel rushed and explains everything.
