Andrea is amazing. She is professional, friendly, and makes one feel comfortable and accepted. Courteous, funny, fun, and I loved her and wish doctors were just like her. This is how past doctors have always been. Doctors don't care anymore. Andrea is a physician's assistant.

It feels very weird typing in that I had zero minutes of wait, but it is true that the wait was less than half of a second for me. I also feel weird not talking to an MD/DO, but Andrea is so well trained [and she has fantastic soft skills] that it's okay. She takes out the time to give very detailed explanations and recommendations, which is what I'm looking for. 10/10 great experience.
