Amanda Heep creates a welcoming atmosphere.

This was honestly the best medical appointment I possibly have ever had. Amanda had taken the time to look through my chart beforehand to try to understand my situation but also listened to my version of the story. She spent an hour with me, listened to me so well, did a thorough and gentle exam, and I feel like we came up with a great short term and long term plan. She also had one of the nurses come in and teach me a better way to do a procedure I was supposed to do at home and sent me home with the supplies needed to do it. The nurse and MA were also amazing and so kind. I actually feel hopeful that we will figure out a solution to why I keep having the problems I am having and that Amanda will do whatever she needs to to help come to that solution. Both my husband and I were very very impressed with the whole visit.

Ms. Heep listened and addressed my questions thoroughly and compassionately.
