For the PA, Amanda Heep, priority appeared to be a Friday afternoon (early leaving) rather than patient's concerns. This provider was less patient and unfriendly/sympathetic in hearing to what the patient had to say. She refused to be contacted over the weekend or on Monday as she was planning on going on leave starting Tuesday. She did the examination appropriately and ordered the tests. Recommended to go to the Emergency in case of any urgency.

I trust Dr. Heep and I appreciate her care.
