Acceptance Statistics

To increase the odds of acceptance to medical school, candidates submit applications to an average of 10 to 15 schools. Prospective medical students who are accepted to multiple medical schools need to determine which school is the right fit for their aspirations. Based on the number of accepted applications, the University of Washington School of Medicine has the highest percentage of matriculating students in the country, as noted by U.S. News & World Report’s Best Graduate Schools Short List.
