Patient Care Philosophy

I often meet patients at one of the most stressful points in their and their families’ lives. My goal is to educate and help guide my patients toward a personalized decision about how best to manage their breast cancer. I think it’s really important when treating patients with breast cancer to actively listen to the concerns of each patient before jumping ahead with definitive treatment recommendations.

I enjoy supporting my patients through the surgical decision-making process, as well as, their recovery from surgery. I strive to empower them to feel that they are taking charge and beating their breast cancer!
