Mandi Bainton was excellent in every way. I could not be happier.
Mandi did an excellent job!
Excellent provider, I wasn't rushed. She explained my condition & treatment as well as lifestyle changes I could make now.
Dr. Mandi quickly reviewed my test results, made some recommendations to address them and explained what she believed were the possible causes. I felt at ease discussing my issue and I would have given her a 10 score if it was in the scoring and that goes for her PA also
She spoke very fast and used lots of medical terms. Although I understood, the older we get, the longer it takes to mentally process the words spoken. People speaking very quickly makes this more difficult
Very professional, but also friendly
Mandi was AMAZING! Really. I loved how she was so knowledgeable and took time to listen and understand my situation! She made me feel so comfortable and I was really not looking forward to going to the dr. For this! She is the best and I'm so grateful!
Great experience
Mandi Bainton was AMAZING!!! She not only managed to see us same-day but spent so much time with us, listening to our concerns, understanding the multiple variables, and answering so many of our questions in really helpful ways. She suggested things that might help that we'd never considered or heard about before and she remained really calm and confident about how to proceed when I was really scared and uncertain. She was compassionate, had a good sense of humor, an amazing listener, and really made us feel heard and like we got the best care. SHE IS AMAZING and we are BEYOND GRATEFUL!
I like her.
This urologist was the best. [...] This doctor not only heard me but also allowed me to be an active agent in the decisions involving my care which is exactly what I was looking for. [...]
Seriously one of the most informative and eye opening doctor's appointment I have experienced. Mandi Bainton was filled with excellent knowledge and advice. I left feeling like my questions were finally answered! I also left with good information for taking care of my issue so that it doesn't return. She was easy to talk to.
Mandi was amazing! I felt like she really talked through my concerns and was proactive about preventive care I left feeling really good
Dr. Mandi L Bainton is an absolutely phenomenal doctor. This was my first visit with her, and she was so attentive, friendly, empathetic, sympathetic to my medical issues, non-judgemental, and was thorough in her medical explanations for my problems, and thorough about the details of her recommendations I should take to remedy my medical problems. It was also the most gentle and comfortable and non-eventful prostate check I have ever had in my life, and that is saying A LOT (because I despise and stress out about that). I lucked out being assigned her as my urologist.
They did a great job of patiently listening to my concerns and giving me sound recommendations. I also really appreciated the after visit paperwork/notes.
Mandi in urology and her nurse were sensitive and helpful
She was so kind, and patient, and knowledgable! I didn't feel embarrassed at all because of her "bedside manner".
Appreciated her explanations of pathophysiology and rationale behind treatment.
I was very pleased with the professionalism of the PA-C and the staff and scheduling. Very prompt and helpful.
There was someone that made my experience better. The Doctor, she was very helpful and caring.
