Leah Roess, P.A.-C., is a physician assistant at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and a UW teaching associate of Oncology.

Roess' goal is to understand the patient's point of view about their care and treat them with that in mind. She believes in a team-oriented approach with the patient at the epicenter. She strives to find a balance between human compassion and practicing sound, thoughtful medicine. She is amazed at how far medicine has come in the treatment/management of Heme-malignancies and oncological disease processes but knows there is still much to discover. She looks forward to being a part of that journey.

Roess received her medical education at Wagner College, New York. She has clinical expertise in Hematology, Oncology and bone marrow transplant.
